“I hope all of the Dimond residents take this litter removal seriously and join financially. I wish the city would take on a anti-litter campaign and have schools hold contests for children’s essays on the subject. This was done when I was a child. I remember the “Don’t be a litterbug” campaigns fondly. It was exciting as a child to write about this issue.”
